Who we are

The Sakya Heritage Society (SHS) is an organization dedicated to building knowledge and practical application of Tibetan Buddhist teachings in today’s world. The long term goal of SHS is to protect the Sakya lineage so that the teachings which have been preserved for many centuries continue to be available for future generations of practitioners. Our current project is to establish an international center that focuses on educating and helping those in need as well as educating current and future Lamas, Monks, Nuns and Lay Practitioners. Read our About Page for more information.
